Virus protect Trojan?

I somehow got this, what i think is a trojan on my machine..

Thats the site the stupid thing sends yuo to when you click on it, anyway, ANY idea how i can clean this off my machine?? I used spyware doctor and it says its gone, but the thing keeps coming back after reboots..

Bugs

Sounds to me that your PC is infected with Bugs & viruses.
Get Norton Anti-Virus,Or McAfee Anti Virus programs.
Use one or the other,never the two on the same PC,they conflict
with each other.
Look at CNet.com,they have free downloads for Anti-Virus programs.
Check out write-ups on the avalible ones.Make sure your Firewall's are
enabled to stop these bastards from getting into your PC.
