The'yre in the process of hiring/training a bunch of new CS. Guess biz is cookling with the new law. Give them a month or so and they'll be OK. One and only caveot with VIP is customer service. Used them for years and always got through within the 5 rings 24/7

i tried signing up with VIP but had some initial questions. after i wasn't getting any responses on live chat i called and it seriously took 8-10 rings before someone picked up. didn't go as far as to post there

VIP do not want to pay my friend have a serious problem when asking to get some money that they will try to delay the process of withdrawal by saing you need to send your copies of credit card your driver license customer form then they will say they never receive it or the document is not clear . In short they will try any tactic to delay and make you gamble to losse. So WHO out there CUSTOMERs OF VIP PLEASE WATCH OUT
