Yeah that shouldn't be a 15 yard penalty imo. Too many players on defense is a 5 yard penalty I believe. Almost the same thing except the player in this case usually is running back off the field. But I understand if a player were to interfere then that should be 15. Should be separate penalties imo

Proably hard to know if someone went onto field during a play....thus a bigger penalty
