will soon be converting a Mormon church that was sitting empty ( they bought it ) & will be converting it into a mosque in south Burlington , vat . they had a gofund me campaign running & it brought in the money to buy the empty church , the Vermont Islamic society has said that they plan on fundraising efforts to buy other churches that may be for sale & convert them into mosques or buy parcels of land to build mosques from the ground up . they said that Muslims are beginning to move into the green mountain state in numbers thus the need for many new mosques , it seems that Muslims have discovered Vermont & many are moving there because population wise it is one of the smallest states in union ( 2nd as of this post )
