The last three games against the Commodores in Nashville have been decided by four points or less.
Tuberville stinks as a favorite, they will be happy with a 7 point win. Until AU gets their offensive play calling together, I dont see much of them beating anyone by more than 10. Offensive line is a seive, allowing 13 sacks in 2 games. The O-line coach, H. Nall, was moved to OC in the absence of Bobby Petrino who is now the HC at Louisville. Nall has been told to run Petrinos old offense, which has been proven a recipe for disaster, while his O-line coaching has obviously faltered. The worst part is, he doesnt even call the plays, Steve Ensminger, who was brought from the High School ranks, is relaying the plays while Ensminger does damage control with his O-line. The AU offense ranks 115 out of 117 and looks to improve, but with their recipe for disaster, I dont see much improvement. Tuberville has shown his imcompetence for offense and now it is catching up with him.
Vandy is coming out. Nearly beating Ole Miss, and giving a whooping to the last patsy. They were on the brink of a few upsets last year, and will be competing with a vengance. Jay Cutler has matured and will try to exploit AU's weak secondary while keeping the D off balance with some option, something the AU D is not used to defending.
I see a low scoring battle with AU pulling it out in a close one as usual in Nashville.
War Eagle and take the points.
