S Fla up 18 midway through the 3rd and he called his offense off, if he let them play they would have kept scoring and won by DD.
Only reason SC is in this game is because of S Fla coach shutting his offense down for a qtr and a half.
Otherwise S Fla would have scored 2-3 more td's and won and covered.

Hard to say which team was right side, would have been nice to see USF play hard for full 60 mins. 3pts on offense in 2H regulation........
USF coach sucked and pretty much embarrassed the team with his 2H play calling. It let SC back into the game, but even so SC left plenty of points out there and IMO deserved to get the outright win.
