Sure Jones has a problem but he also knows he cant sit on top forever ... So why not bring yourself down before somebody does it for you?

this fight was even money ... Books totally inflated the line ... Nobody is immortal in MMA ... IMO DC would have beat him.

Not different with boxers, numerous cut 30 pounds. He weighed 216 pounds last week. Jones has expressed interest to go to Heavy. Also, DC is a natural heavyweight too, Rumble Johnson, and on and on...

Who said anything about gaining 30lbs in a day?! Also, the scales at the weigh-ins is for show, they weigh backstage or at the hotel. Also, they now have the option to weigh-in in the morning and more than 24 hrs before the show starts, which allows for even more hydration and more weight gain. Stephen Thompson did this for his last fight and told
me it's the best he's ever felt just from being able to hydrate just a tad more.

Most fighters lug around 2-3 different sets of scales for verification throughout the cut.

I missed the presser this morn, did he say I wonder? Most would assume Coke, which is terrible with its short life on the body, but it could be some type of PED considering he's staying he's the strongest he's ever been, but IMO, actually seemed the weakest.

Moose is the best option it seems. Crazy to seem him on an undercard anyways. He has 3 fights left under contract and needed some
good showings anyways. Maybe the fire is there, again...

Which kind of sucks and the problem with supplementation. These supplements most folks take aren't FDA regulated, I literally can slap a label on something and sell it (have and local gyms do). He honestly could've been taking something banned and not know it, I mean he probably did, but it's possible he didn't. That's why with their money, I say screw supplementation, I hire a nutritionist and a personal chef for camps...
