Dent +800
Scratch Scavone
Ferrero -190
Pierce -100

Myskina has a blister issue and has 5 stright 3 setters and not playing well, Pierce playing well and is a big hitter on fast courts.

Dent has big serve and will have no trouble chip andres kick serve, he has played him twice already and knows what to do.

Ferrero has much better groundies than martin, and martin has been staying at baseline too much, verkerk and genepri has loose forhands not so with Juan Carlos who will win the money list as I predicted in January at 16-1. Todd should do us a favor and retire already.

Why scratch Schiavone? Seems fairly even. Though I pretty much throw out the h2h 2001 win on clay, shows she is capable of beating Sugiyama. Saw up to +145 last night.

Btw, thanx for all your input. Have had a great tournement so far. Was supposed to go today, but it looks like rain.

I have almost a forced hedge situation. I played Paradorn at 40-1. Yeah, I missed out on the 66-1. As much as I'd love to see him dust that cocky SOB Hewitt, it makes sense to hedge, even at 2-1. Question is how much?

Steve,

Guy is the best all around player in tennis, he wasnt interested in winning money list or he would have played more clay this summer. Anyway he will beat Martin, Todd was quite the lowlife stalling on Genepris serve.

Taylor was playing pretty well, I think he beats Andre if healthy, I had 150-1 on Tails, sort of a bummer.

delays are effecting Pierce, she is down a set and break and I think she still will win.

I like Nalbandian over Federer, best price i saw was +240.
Nalbandian has beaten Federer all four times they have played.
At these odds I have to think the value lies there.

On women's side, another value play in Mauresmo over Clijsters, they are 2-3 h2h with one loss for Amelie being a w/d. At +325, this represents value to me.

If I can hit one of the two I will be way in the plus.

other opinions but not plays:
Can't see Roddick losing to Malisse, but chalk too big for my liking.
El Aynaoui is certainly a live dog against Moya.
Schuettler-Schalken will be a gut it out, schuettler playing pretty good right now.
Ferrero over Martin, possibly easiest win of day, once again chalk to high for this player.
Srichaphan over Hewitt, another live dog, and Hewitt been playing like dog sh*t lately.

Davenport over Suarez, way too high a number for my liking, however.

I like most of the favorites. I've been using them in parlays at 5Dimes. Lots of options. More Americanized than most that offer tennis parlays.

Nalbandian has a shot, but Federer has improved and all of those matches were close. I took Nalbandian +4.5 games -122 and a small flyer to win +235. Even then, I hedged using Federer in one of my parlays.

I give Paradorn a chance, but I had to hedge with Hewitt, having Sri +4000 to win the Open.

El Anyoui +150 has a good shot too, judging from recent form. He actually has a better hardcourt record than Moya and might be more mentally tough under the circumstances (rain delays). Maybe I'll check if they have a +1.5 sets won option. I see a long match there.

Those are the only dogs I like at all. No telling who holds up best through the deluge though.
