was surprised with her summer scheduling-- she's 34, like Fed. She decides to play Toronto AND Cinci . Near the end of a long season, fatigue, wear and tear play a role on a mid 30's body. Funny you should ask. For the last 3 months I've been been on a paleo type diet to see how low I can get my body fat %. I am currently pretty well ripped for my age, my goal is to get my well defined 6 pack back, and I'm very close. Does that answer your question?
