The Federal Court in DC just denied West Flagler Associates motion for rehearing so it appears the Seminoles have won the right to offer mobile sports betting off the reservation which will open the way for them to offer sports betting statewide through their app. I believe that there may be a short period of time before the original order allowing them to do so becomes final but it looks like the final hurdle has been crossed and the Injuns should be able to open shop shortly, possibly within a week.
