if your a female & you request an uber / lyft car do yourself a favor & ask 4 a non - muslim . muslim drivers have been known to attack woman on a regular basis ( & lets be honest ... its not just muslim drivers ) who attack & take advantage of woman wether they are sober or drunk , muslim drivers just have been in the news alot for it . you can request a female driver if you so desire . woman ..... please be safe when you step into a vehicle with someone you dont know ( men also ) , carry mace with you at all times & keep it in your hand when your in the vehicle so if anything happens its right there ready 2 spray your attacker in the eyes .... BE SAFE NOT SORRY .
