Hello folks, hope everyone is having a good day. I have been back and forth a lot on Covers and Twitter and have made an effort to post as much as I can on Covers however soemetimes Twitter is easier and faster so if you do have any interest in my plays, on the days I can’t post on here I always make sure to post there. You can follow me if you’d like, my name is the same. Now on to business. I don’t do play of the year or game of the year in MLB because that would be ridiculous to put that much emphasis on a regular season MLB game, however, tonight is my biggest play of the year on a regular season game. It is double what I normally play so you can take that however you want and play accordingly. The Rockies offense at Coors field this year is once again one of the best in the league with a .270 team average and a .335 OBP. to go along with their nearly 5 runs a game scored. Those stats aren’t bad but the biggest two factors for me about this game come down to this: The Rockies are the second best hitting team in MLB against Lefties and they are facing a terrible one tonight in Vargas who has not it past the 5th inning this entire year. Asking to go to Coors field and take down that lineup is going to be a tall task for him. The Mets will likely have to go to the bullpen early in this one. Meanwhile, Marquez for the Rocks is not exactly Nolan Ryan himself however, the Mets rank 23rd in the league vs RHP this year with a .234 team average. While I do expect them to score some runs, I think there are too many factors working against them in this one. Rockies -153 ($800) Other play Angels -154 ($400) Rare for me to play two bigger favorites in a day but my numbers are pointing to the Angels here so to me I focus on winning rather that trying to get cute and stick and underdog in here just for the sake of doing it.
