I am new to soccer, but do like the action it offers, but I have a question that maybe someone knows the answer easier than what I have found online.
If you have a team that played in the Champions league, ie Bayern Munich yesterday, is that the same team and players that play in the German Bundesliga? or the PSG team in the France liga? or is it different players or a mix of them most of the time, or can they play in all, but the coach decides the lineups?
Thank you and appreciate the winners that have been posted here for us!

Same teams. There will be times where coaches sit out players if they think their players need more rest. Use flashscore APP on your phone and lineups will be posted before the game starts. You can also view their twitter accounts to see when lineups are posted.. This is very important part of capping Soccer. Players can get burnt out with interleague play, UEFA or EUROPA mixed with International Duty for world cup or Euro cup.. BOL to you

In almost all cases the roster is the same roster and the coach decides who plays and when.
From time to time some players are not allowed to play in Champions League or Euroleague but just in national competitions because they signed with their new team after the transfer deadline. But thats a rather rare occurence because teams try to sign players before said deadline for obvious reasons.

The week before or after (important) Champions League/Euroleague matches you should always try to read up on the teams involved if you want to bet on their matches in national competitions like Bundesliga because teams sometimes tend to rest some regulars/key players

A mix. Most of the time you try to make sure your top guys are available for the top games. The champions League is the most prestigious club soccer tournament in the world so all the top players want to be in it. Bayern is so deep that they can bench Robben and give a younger player a chance in some Bundesliga games where the competition is not as tough. Lineups rarely drastically change but it depends on who's available, what the circumstances are, and what the competition level is.
