Donations to Democrats

Although Trump is now seeking the Republican Party's nomination for president, he has given generously to Democrats in the past.
Trump's past beneficiaries include the Democratic National Committee, New York Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand and even Hillary Clinton, whom Trump referred to as the "worst secretary of state in the history of the United States" on Wednesday.
The businessman defended his previous donations to Democrats, chalking them up as a necessary business decision.
"As a businessman in New York City, I have to get along with Democrats," he said. "If I don't get along with Democrats, I'm sort of like, out of business."
He dismissed the accusation from some Republicans that his past financial support for those across the aisle makes him a flip-flopper.
"I get along with everybody. People love me," he said. "Everybody loves me."

Hilary was actually at his daughters wedding if you can believe that.

Cindy Ord/Getty Images(NEW YORK) -- Donald Trump's daughter, Ivanka Trump, is holding a fundraiser on July 24 for Newark Mayor Corey Booker, who is seeking the Democratic nomination for senator from New Jersey, a seat left vacant by the death of longtime Sen. Frank Lautenberg.

Ivanka will host the event along with her husband, Jared Kushner, at the couple's Park Avenue home in Manhattan. The suggested contribution is $5,200 per guest.

Booker is considered the favorite in the primary that will be held on Aug. 13. The general election is scheduled for October.

There's no word about what Donald, a staunch Republican, has to say about his daughter's political pick.

Ivanka did support Mitt Romney in the 2012 presidential election, however.

Trump has set the Republican party back light years in terms of garnering the Latin vote. I still believe it will be very difficult for them to win a national election without it.

He only needs the 26% of Spanish voters that Romney got which will be no problem. He'll get far more than the 6% of black voters
Romney received & here is the gamechanger, he'll get far more votes from the evangelicals almost 2,000,000 stayed home because
of Romney's Mormon religion, he will surprise those who think the Spanish will snub him. 3% less voters participated in 2012 than
2008 & for the 1st time in history the % of blacks who voted was higher than the % of whites who voted unlike 2008, Trump
will not have that problem.

You're right about that. He won't get anywhere near the place where that problem would manifest. It is cute how you believe so much that this is gonna happen though. It's always nice to have hopes, wishes, and dreams.

Listen, a lot of Republicans think Rubio or Bush would be the best choice because of their Latino roots
and that's nonsense. Mrs. Clinton as boring as a candidate could be is not dumb. To counter that
possibility she already has San Antonia Mayor Julian Castro in her sights. The only state Bush or Rubio's
Latino roots may sway those voters would be Florida and maybe not even there, Mrs. Clinton & Castro
will champion citizenship for all legal & non-legal & if Bush/Rubio followed suit theyed have many needed
Republican voters bolt. Castro would almost surely put the swaing states of Nevada, New Mexico & Colorado
in the Democratic camp. So forget Republicans should forget about the Rubio or Bush route.

Trump is the one resonating like a lightning bolt among the silent majority which is still strong enough
to win the big one.

I had a big smile watching Modern Family writer Danny Zuker run comedic circles around Donald Trump on Twitter. The presidential candidate's rejoinders to Zuker's spot-on zingers consisted of name calling -- "boring," "moron," "loser," "very dumb," "stupid." For the first time in my life, I felt sorry for Mr. Trump.

BURIED.
This is probably a good indicator on how TRUMP will do in debates given he was eviscerated by some writer from Modern Family.

Stupid people are ruining America.

Trump is just pointing out the obvious and his poll numbers prove it.

Trump doesn't post his own tweets.

Still that's no excuse.

He could pay a Chinaman 8$ an hour and get better insult results.

The Governor from Texas

FWIW him and Trump had a back and forth yesterday. Trump said he is soft on immigration in Texas. A real loser, a total disaster. Very, very bad at enforcing border security.

My guess is he would go with Geraldo for VP. Or whoever the highest ranking Hispanic is in the Trump Organization.
