Had experience using Neteller with a TON of books and I have a problem with any book taking in excess of 24 hours to fund my Neteller account upon requesting them to do so. The only possible exceptions being holidays and the weekends. After 24 hours, I get nervous, and make a point to never re-up with these books again. Do not want to hear excuses ever again.

Bill & Halifax: I am pushing this one not because I'm trying to slam SBT to the ground, but because it definitely needs to be addressed in this forum, where this book had an advertising relationship until recently and from whom they gained new members. With GA in the forefront these days, these questions concerning apparently slow pays and pays not in the amount requested are valid. Reading back through this, the owner Barry Clark mentioned 'growing pains' but did not specifically answer a question posed as to why a slow pay was happening.

So I guess I'll pose it ...

Mr. Clark, is it true that some people are not getting paid what they're asking for in the time-frame they were told they would be, and is it true that it happens regardless of whether they ask for a NETeller payment, Western Union, whatever? If this is the case, what is the reason for it and what steps are you taking now to eliminate this problem?

Well your corrections were incorrect.

This is a sub-par book and if you go down with it before you get some kid's post up from Covers than so be it.

My corrections were incorrect ? Wrong once again, little friend. For all intents and purposes, they are indeed a reduced juice book for anyone that bets Moneylines or Totals. Just ask anyone else that uses them.

And you should read a little more closely - just because I pointed out your erroneous statement, don't try sticking the "book shill" label on me. Let's see what I've said about them: 1. Reduced juice, 2. I have an account there, and 3. They don't pay fast. I don't think I'll be getting hired for any Marketing Rep positions any time soon.

if they are having problems paying players why don't they cut overhead by firing employees?

also they might think about offering bigger bonuses, that way they can use the influx of bonus whore money to pay old players then they can go under and only screw the "new" bonus whore players.

for more information on this subject read the book titled: "spotting the warning signs a book is in trouble... for dummies"

Because there is only "Georgia and Jerusa" since "Jon and Robert are no longer with the company"... seems to me their is only a handful of staff working anyways.... *reminds me of GA*

Next time when I open a book I have to make sure the book has like 25+ workers at least!

I dealt with a situation last week and yes, this is happening. Not so sure its a financial problem though. I just think that the gang in general is inexperienced. Very small shop. Hope all works out.

By the way, Bill, I have taken the liberty of copying part of the thread from Covers.

Here is an excerpt of a thread at Covers started by BillDozer (aka SteamChaser) titled "Reduce My Juice! Who's Got It ???". "Wilt" appears to be a Rep for SportsBettingTrivia:

So you're asking what books have reduced juice, a book rep comes in to answer you, and you rip him ??

Yeah, BillDozer, you're a real class act.

I understand you want to make a name for yourself, so I'll leave you be.

I just wanted to point out an example of why I thought you're an arrogant prick.

So do I, of course! But one thing a book should have a handle on if anything else: making sure your customers get paid what they've asked for when you've agreed to it by your rules or personal assurrance. Seems like that's not happening here.

I agree with you Jazz. Atleast in one case last week a player was slow paid and I do not condone it one bit. A bad reflection to say the least.

More than one case for sure, based on the posts here and across the street.

Mr. Clark, you were kind enough to answer in this topic yesterday, could you please do so again today? Legitimate concerns are being raised here.

So was SBT really pulled because their ad contract ran out, or was there another reason ?

I was told by SBT because the contract expired. They were not thrilled with the sharps from the forum and decided not to renew. When I received the complaint, the banners were down. I looked immediately to see if we still had them as advertisers so that i would know if they would discuss the slow pay with me.

That is fact Halifax. I have heard that from quite a few books whom i've chatted with(advertisers & non-advertisers). It's not all bad IMO. A book just has to be ready for it and like that action.
