I'm new here and I would just like to say that this has been a great thread. The article was excellent(and relevant), and it has been great listening to some of the experiences out there. I myself narrowly missed being hit for several dimes for "inside info" after a bait-and-switch attempt froma guy I called off of radio ad. He sold me his week of picks for $100 and aftew going two for three one weekend, called me up and told me to expect a call from an associate of his who has some real "inide info" that a serious guy like me would appreciate. "You can stay with me, but you're just getting the handicapper's picks." You could imiagine what the conversation with his 'associate' was like. What a bunch of crooks these guys were! OF course, the onslaught of phone calls from scamdicapper reps were incessant for at least six months after that. So, I personally found the article very relevant. I'm trying to do my research now in trying to find a reputable, honest, and, most importantly, successful long term handicapper that wins at least %55. However, I am getting discourages in my search and hope there really is a service that I can trust out there. I simply don't have the time to research all the sports I like (i'm about %50 on my own) and I see the tax-free value in investing your money in this way. Help me out boys. Who are the best monitors? Who are the reputable winners that they monitor?
Here is a link to a thread started a few months ago. Be carefull of shills that post they are hitting 70% Etc. GL.
