tour championship

big tournament with key 10 year exemption at stake along with a pile of money
very tough <target > type course with very fast greens. historically this tournament goes to a man that hits alot of greens and manages his game well. still trying to figure out how perks won last year but he is an exception because past champions here had all won before they won here.

matchups that don best in its infinite wisdom has come up with are a joke.
how in the world do you have a big tournament like this with the limited matches available and some very good playes and <Public> players left out, i.e. jerry kelly,harrrington,garcia,appleby etc etc left out. a half ass job.

well with what we have i am going with 2 match ups

estes -125 over riley at pinnacle 1 unit
i will take alot of greens hit vs not many greens hit every time on a course like this.

furyk over weir -05 1/2 unit , hard to pull trigger against weir but like furyk here. both habe grat greens in reg stats but furk has a better record here and like his driving accuracy here.

For what it's worth Rich Beem isn't feeling well, he has a touch of the flu. But on the other hand he took a couple of lessons and played Augusta on Sunday and is hitting it well. Might be best just to leave it alone if he's listed on any matchups.

My pleasure. Just trying to be helpful...BTW, the greens at Augusta are in lousy shape. Four of them are about 60% bare. They've still got almost a month before the tourney but the winter has been hard on the course.

if i had to name a couple players to win it would be a shot at kelly or furyk
i dont bet these usually except for was taking a flyer earlier with my friend on the senior tour. and of course i didnt have him week he won

i missed last year but usually go down for couple days with some friends and every year it seems better than the year befor
anybody that every gets a chance to to try and get there at least once

I've never gotten to see the tourney but I played the course 4 years ago. It seems like yesterday. I talked to someone who played it on Sunday and he relayed the info about the greens.
