Aloha Gang......First off, I hope you all are in good health and spirits today.....Well, yesterday I dropped my Underdog Game of the Week Play on the Mets.....Dam sometimes it is so painful to watch all your hard work and money go poof in a blink of an eye with these sunflower eating, tv watching, joke telling, crotch scratching BP bafoons.....I wonder if anyone ever thought about starting the game with the relievers, send in the starters in the middle, and then the closer......I mean, at least if these BP relievers screw up early, their teams will have at least 6-7 inning left to make up the difference and have a chance to hold on to a win.....I mean take the Atlanta game for instance, WTF they give up 9 freakin runs in the last 2 innings to the worst road team in the League.....The Mets BP guys give up 6 runs making it impossible to mount a comeback, and SD's BP ......well you get the picture.....Its a dam shame and dam waste when shit like this happens.....But hey, its part of the game and so is winning and losing.....Baseball, you gotta love it, you gotta hate it......Thats why it is America's game.....We just live for the Drama.....Dam, cant wait to FB to finally roll around again....at least their will be no relief QB to lose a game...

Drese pitched solidly in his last two games vs the Hot Sticks of the Cards and the Yanks going 15 innings, allowing 11 hits, giving up just 3 runs total, and getting 8 K's....Those 3 runs, sad to say, came via the long bombs....2 by the #1 HR hitting team in the Yanks, and 1 by the #4 ranked HR hitting team in the Cards....Other than those 3 bad pitches, he's been SOLID!
Cincy can stroke the long ball as well ranking 9th in HRs......but so can the Rangers who rank higher at #5 in long Bombs in the League....
-Texas is a better hitting team than Cincy ranking 6th overall in hitting % in the League....
-Texas is overall better on bases, in total hits, and run production than the Reds...
Van Poppel hasn't been able to past 7 innings more than once this year, but he still lost the game when he did....In his last 3 games, he has gone an average of 5.3 innings, giving up an average of 7.3 hits, and an average of 4 runs...
-Texas vs RHPs is hitting .277 their last 10 games vs them...

Capuano's 2 starts at home led to a 1-0 record for him and a 2-0 record for the Brew Crew.....These two home wins were against two very solid teams in the Astros and the NL West Leading Dodgers.....In those 2 home starts, he went 9 innings, allowed 9 hits, ONLY 2 ER's, got 9 K's, and gave up just 2 walks.....SOLID!
As far as his opponent in Franklin....I really cant say anything bad about his current games he pitched, beside that he has a higher ERA than Capuano, and that he is just 1-3 on the road in his last 7 road starts......Based on his last 3 starts, he has progressively gone deeper in the game and allowed less hits and less ERs....Still, eventhough he has pitched solidly, his Offensive support by the M's at the plate have not been their of late.....The M's have only scored 1 run in their last two games and recorded just 8 hits total vs the Brew Crew so far in the series....
Milw, on the other hand, has scored 7 runs, and 13 hits vs the M's Ace and their Top young Ace to be...The M's are slumping and struggling again and being on the road is just not the place they have been able to put it together....The Brew Crew is over .500 so far this year and they are feeling it and I have to assume that they will not want to go below .500 and would only like to extend their record as much as possible before the break....Go Brew Crew!
