Is there another video? By looking at that one I think we all saw, imo it's impossible to tell if it was intentional or not. And yeah, that guy getting out of his car was not the brightest idea.
That's my point.....
Another poster looked at the same video you and I did and was able to come to the absolute conclusion that Tony Stewart willfully murdered a 20 year old.
I wonder if the same poster can deduce motive to from said 1 minute video.
I still don't see "the move" that you mention on more than one occasion. I only watched the video on a 57" TV, so maybe I'm missing something. Perhaps you have seen video that hasn't been released to the public yet. If that's the case, then I stand corrected. You are right we will never know for sure. Based on Stewart's past and the fact his car clearly made a move it shouldn't have I would say he meant to give a scare at the very least. I dont think Stewart is a cold blooded killer but he could have avoided the situation. Will this hold in court? Probably not.

Doesn't look like a move at all. Looks like the dude waits for the car to pass and jumps in front of Stewart, then Stewart tries to turn out of the way, clipping him. The guy was walking in the middle of the track. Not smart. But definitely not enough evidence to say the driver intentionally ran him over. Not even close.
Stewart was also 1-2 grooves higher then that car that went by first too. He was going up closer to where that car sat on purpose. Done it myself. Will he admit to it now, hell no! Would he have if an accident hadn't happened, damn right he would because he's done it a 1000 times before in his racing career. That's what I got out of it too. Once the car in front of Stewart went by, the kid went further down the track. I think it was just a very unfortunate accident.
Do you think you are clever with your smart ass responses? You have already said this before and it was a lame attempt at humor. I saw the car make a quick move to the right, and a lot of others saw the same thing.
No doubt. It will be settled in a civil suit or behind closed doors though. I fully believe that. Tony can shit a few million and not miss a beat.Too much reasonable doubt to get a conviction.
I saw his car go to the right, along with thousands others I see posted online. Also heard the burp of the throttle that causes it. These are direct drive cars,no transmission, a simple burp and full power instantly. I've driven one of these several times.I never saw his car go to the right. Neither did the Investigators at this point.
You are presenting your opinion as fact. Call me a smart ass all you want but you are the one making baseless accusations and accusing someone of murder.
