I got the code translator guys, here's what he means after you apply the few code rules:
"tennis, raquetball, volleyball (here's the name the sport bit), was hot outdoor today today (the second today is a red herring), but I AM A (code 2345#) a twat (what translates to twat according to rail code 3235#) at a very high level."
