1) I never even hinted that their banner should be taken down. WTF...I have no idea where that came from. I just said that their banner was up despite the fact that Shink was lied to about EVERYONE being paid.

2) I give all of you credit for getting folks paid.

Once again, I have no idea where you would get the idea that I was unwilling to give credit where it was due.

3) Players getting THEIR money is always a good result.

4) Given the way that you imply things based on my posts, you've assumed that I have some agenda here...I DO NOT. I just want the facts. My only goal is to understand a bit more about how this place operates given that I was a month away from being stiffed (excuse me...a month away form needing to be bailed out) by an advertiser. The Royal situation and how this played out seems like a good way for me to get that information.

As I said before, if my interpretation that Royal lied to the Shrink is incorrect, please correct it. No thread should contain incorrect information particularly if it is easily verifiable. Again, if no one decides to respond to the facts THAT IS FINE. I can draw my own conclusion as to why that is the case.

There is a simple question here.......Did Royal lie to Shrink when he was told that EVERYONE was paid?

Swami - Did I say, you said to take the banner down? You seem convinced, or should I say obsessed that Shrink was lied to by Royal, and continue to overlook the fact that no one has come forward on these boards for several days saying they were owed money by Royal. Is this not what is important here? As far as you giving credit to anyone, I fail to see anything close to that, in the dozen or so posts you made in this thread, not that it matters much. I see you mention your near diaster stiff again, consider yourself lucky you did not need any help getting your money back, sometime it is not as easy as many think.
I will tell you what I belive happened on day 1 of this thread. Royal informed Shrink that everyone was paid, but in fact several or maybe a dozen or so still had yet to be processed, naturally they posted here when they read the thread. Since then with the help of HTRC I believe all but the most complex cases have been settled. Essentially that is how the process works. Players come forward in a forum such as this, then the forum does what it can to help. I hope you are able to reach your goal as to how the place operates from the thread. To answer your question I DO NOT believe Royal deliberately lied to Shrink when they told him that everyone was paid, the proof of this is that NOW it appears that everyone has been paid. There may be a few isolated more complicated cases outstanding, but for all intents and purposes it appears this case is closed.

In an earlier thread (page 2) I mentioned that you guys do good work and I commended all of you. I tried to quote the post and ended up editing it instead.

I think you missed that but it was part of a long post.

I do not overlook the fact that no one has come here looking to be paid by Royal. The reason I do not mention it is because it is not that important to me (other than the information that is gives me regarding Royal and the Rx).

What is important to me is whether or not I can trust the Rx and its staff when you promote a book. Like it or not, when you folks advertise/promote a book you are in fact endorsing players posting up there. The Rx is one of many sources I use when evaluating whether or not I use a book. I want to determine if I can consider the site a reliable independent source of information or should be discounted based on the fact that it accepts advertising dollars that skew the opinions/actions of the site.

You can consider this issue closed for me as I more or less got the information I needed. Thanks again for posting YOUR views as an employee of the Rx.

Swami, Just so you know, although I am a moderator here at The Rx. The views I posted are solely MINE. They are based on 40 years of sports betting and bookmaking experience. You would have got the same respnse a month ago, when I was just posting here, same as you are.
