I've been waiting over 24 hours to get paid $2500. I've sent 2 emails and a phone call but no response. I'm not happy with their customer service. This seems to be the norm.

Halifax - Excellent, now I hope we can get equally good news from Voodoo. I am not sure of his situation, but can't imagine Royal not paying everyone, given the comments posted so far in this thread.

Probably..but if so:

1) Why the run around for some of the players?
2) Why the BIG BOLD thread with an inaccurate title?

I've learned a ton about sportsbetting, books, and "watchdog" sites over the last few months. The sites and mods do a good job but they NEVER forget where their bread is buttered even at the expense of going off half-cocked and being biased!!!

This thread should be retitled. If necessary, I can suggest a few.

Shrink "shot his wad" a little early this time. Though it is a good move in the right direction, dont tell us that everyone has been paid when it appears that about 20% of players are still owed money and NO telling how many others that dont use this site

Swami - What I mean is why should Royal pay some, and not others? It makes no sense to leave even one legitimate debt unpaid. To do so would make paying all the others admirable, but still leave Royal in the stiff book category. Sure I agree the topic title sounds like everyone has been paid, I can only add that by say Monday evening at the latest, we will no longer hear complaints from posters about not being paid. We still have procedures in place for Rx. posters to contact the General if they feel they need his assistance. I urge anyone who wants help with their outstanding acounts at Royal to feel free to contact any of the mods here at the Rx.

I have no doubt that folks will be paid but the title of this thread SUCKS and was NOT true when the thread went up.

What it really comes down to is that I feel hoodwinked...scratch that...foolish for not recognizing sooner that the powers that be at the watchdog sites have their best interests in mind and at times these interests are not aligned with the players.

This thread is just another example of the biased nature of the sites and their representatives.

The fact that what I point out is indisputable yet the title has not changed says a little something.

Put their banners up, accept their live lines, etc. but the title should have been (should be) something along the lines of:

ROYAL SPORTS HAS PAID THE MAJORITY OF PLAYERS AND CURRENTLY PROCESSING ADDITIONAL PAYMENTS

The current title is a lie if even ONE player who made a request prior to 5:50 PM on 1/9 was not PAID IN FULL!!!!

The current title is intended as damage control plain and simple without regard for whether or not it is true!

Swami - The important thing is getting the players paid. I do believe progress is being made in that regard. Sorry to hear the thread topic makes you feel foolish. You said it yourself, we can only go by what we have been told. I would like to give Royal a little more time before changing or editing threads. Appreciate the feedback.

WHAT?!?!?!? Absurd! The fact that they, need "a little more time" means that the title that "ROYAL SPORTS HAS PAID EVERYONE IN FULL" is not true.

I DO NOT believe that they will stiff but the title of this thread is just not accurate.

You said that you can only go by what you are told yet when faced with evidence to the contrary no action is taken. Please!!!!

I know that shouldnt have to have been done that way but something about squeaky wheels things getting lost, whatever...
I dont know what their situation is but Im thinking Monday may be your new timetable- please dont continue till then. I cant guarantee but Id say youve got it. ok? be cool

I have not been paid...

I am not owed much money, but I sent a withdrawal request in to see what would happen...

They requested my ID and I sent it in, and no one has responded. From what I understand, everyone would be paid by today. I am now at 48 hours + and counting...

If they cannot pay the small amount they owe me, I would be very hesitant sending them money at this time...

There is a reason I did not release my real name to anyone here or at other forums...to see how those who were not ID'd as forunms players would get paid...the amount I am owed is minimal...but I wanted to see if I would get paid in a timely manner...I was not...

Royal: check to see who you owe money to...when I get paid I will report here...

The word was EVERYONE would be paid today...I have a request in for 48+ hours and no response...

What about all those players that don't know about the forums????
