The only reason that we asked you to get involved with our cases with Little Nasa was because your name was fraudulently used on contracts in which Little Nasa said you mediated. You already stated you knew nothing of our cases and were mad that Little Nasa used you as a vehicle by forging your name on documents. There were 4 of us who got stiffed by Little Nasa for over $70,000. That is why I say this Areef case is peanuts compared to our situation. It appeared to us that Little Nasa bullied you into not getting involved. We are glad you are taking a firm stand with this Areef situation and were just puzzled why you weren't more active in our cases. We had even offered to pay you a stipend for your time and services to help get our cases resolved.
As for the Areef situation, pay the man and cash him out. Subtract any bonuses however which he may have earned. Bonuses are great but if you abuse a company in this manner you should not be entitled to a bonus.
