My take is, TOT was a nice little neighborhood sandwich joint, food was always ok, service was decent by tico standards. Lately I've just noticed that the quality is way down and the service is slow. 'Dodgingpotholes' is more interested in calling me 'cheap' or whatever, and by throwing out insult after insult. All I'm doing is stating my opinion which is shared by others in this very thread, so its not that far fetched.

Maybe get off your high horse, you make sandwiches, it isnt fine dining. Recognize that your service, particularly delivery is slow. Maybe you should go back to your old meat suppliers because I'm not tasting what I use to taste. I hope you do rebound, as many restaurants have fallen off the map in the area never to regain their old lustre. See my Olga thread for reference. Tex Mex was great, I don't go there anymore, same with Rock and Roll Pollo at one time, although they have a good new owner and seem to be rebounding. I'd prefer you do succeed as theres a shortage of good American style restaurants in the area. Maybe you should listen to your customers instead of telling them to fuck off or stick their complaints up their ass etc...
About that Olga thread...that was a cheap shot....Just my opinon:>(
