I have never understood why its a technical foul.

If they have none left it should just be ignored by the refs.

oh I'm sure it has happened, it isn't really a hard mistake to make with 45 seconds left

but in pivotal playoff games I can't recall it, why it is called "The Webber"

Exactly... There are moving screens all game and with TV replay no doubt he dropped his shoulder.... As far as Curry he was doubled up and could've bounced ball off instead of calling TO. It almost cost game and series

I guess to me, it's play by the rules that are made. Why is that hard to do?
