52 to 1 on Tiger almost looks like a typo.
I was expecting maybe 20 to 1 at the most.

Backs are funny.
One week they can bring you to your knees.
The next week everything can be fine.

If he is ok I got 52 to 1 on the best player thats ever picked up a club.
I will take it.

Backs that haven't had surgeries maybe. His surgery didn't solve his problem either, it just relieved the nerve pressure from his bad disc, the bad disc is still in there and it's obviously affecting him right now. All Tiger has to do is torque himself a little too much and WHAM, it's like having an ice pick slammed into you.

Agree. There is no such thing as routine back surgery. A back injury is basically about the worst thing that can happen to an older golfer. Tiger hurt his back after win #4 last year. He went on to win one more tournament that year on a course that he had won on 7 times. And that was it for him. This surgery was merely a band aide for a his injury. He will never be quite the same again. I can very well see him being in the same boat as Fred Couples was in when he was on the PGA tour. Very limited play. It could even get to the point to where Tiger just shows up for the majors and skips all of the other tournaments other than maybe a warm up event a week prior.

Probably find something at 5dimes...They had is O/U finishing position at 39 1/2 at the Open..wouldn't be surprised if its in that neighborhood for this event

52 to 1?

We are talking 52 to 1 man.

I just put another $25

There is precisely no logic to what you're saying.

Tiger has not won a major since 2008 and in 8 of the last 13 he's played in he has either missed the cut or finished outside the top 20.

If you had actually bet money on this, you would have been better off lighting it on fire.

"It wasn't very good," said Woods, who was outside of the top 100 when he finished and in need of a decent score Friday to make the 36-hole cut.

I felt a little pity for him. Not so much his play, but the limping around, and having that funny walk that you get from a bad back. I know exactly how that feels. Unless he went to the Serena Williams School Of Faking Injuries, I believe all of this latest stuff is for real. His ego once again got the best of him and he came back too soon. I think it's very hard for somebody like Tiger to stay out of the limelight when he sees all of these young guns winning majors.

I'm usually rooting for Tiger to miss putts, mostly because I have action against him, but yesterday I was hoping some of those putts would go down.. I wasn't getting any satisfaction yesterday with that performance...

He gone from will Tiger win a Major? To will Tiger make the cut? It's pretty bad when you can't even beat a broken down John Daly

Tiger came back too soon...painful to watch now...

But he still was the best I have ever seen and dominated like nobody else during his run from 1998-2008....

I think it's going to be a long time if ever when we see another 10 year run like Tiger had. He just needs to back up and clear his head, and forget about golf for a long time. And come back when it's fun for him again.

Nobody ever will win 4 straight Majors again. JMHO ! Of course Best Ever should include your entire career and right now it looks like Jack gets my vote ! Best 10 year run ? Tiger gets my vote also !
