Tie breaker for both bowl pools.

Good Morning,
I see that both of our pools will use total points in the Championship game to break a tie.
I'm assuming the total you pick can be above or below the final score since it was not specified?
I have seen a few problems over the years because it was not posted.
Way back when you couldn't go over the total but that obviously has changed for the better.

It doesnt specify anywhere that i see that you cant be over on your prediction so i’ll go on record & say closest wins either way.
