I wouldn't be so quick to give Ohio to Kerry.
Zogby: Bush 49, Kerry 44
Mason-Dixon: Bush 48, Kerry 46
Cleveland Plain-Dealer: Bush 48, Kerry 45
Rasmussen: Bush 49, Kerry 48
Kerry's Ohio lead is gone. All these Hollywood leftists going to Ohio have backfired on him.
Plus, Hawaii always votes for the Republican incumbents (i.e. Reagan, Nixon). I won't hand my hat on the Aloha state, but the fact that Kerry isn't up double-digits in Hawaii, New Jersey, Minnesota and other liberal states, show that there is little excitement for his candidacy.
Bush 280, Kerry 258.
Remember Bush only had to get to 269, not 270. Kerry has a very tough electoral map and has to virtually sweep all the "Battlegrounds".
