Atlanta at Baltimore:
Atlanta won't play Vick much, and Detmer is hurting, so they'll play a lot of Schaub, who was a heisman candidate.
Billek will belooking at all of is Qbs, because Boller ain't his solution.
Neither team will play the Vets a lot -
Billek was in the playoffs last year and knoe=ws who he'll keep, so he'll want to get a good loo at walk-ons, free agents, draft picks et al.
Mora doesn't know anyone on the team, so he'll be a littlebit longer evaluating his starters - at 5-11 last year, everyone but Vick will probably be suspect.
Weather might be a factor - the grass field will probably be wet and slow; the temp is expected to be in the high 70's with humidity around 85%; rain and t-storms are expected.
I see a low scoring game, I'm going with the Under 33.5 and Atlanta +3.5
Chicago at St Louis
Mike Martz just doesn't care about the preseason
Lovie Smith is a new coach - new coaches like to win!
The focus for both coaches wil be defense -
St Louis made it to the playoffs but a porous defense did them in.
Chicago sucked on both sides of the ball, but they're known for their defense, and Lovie's background is defense, so.....
While St Louis looks for offensive depth, Chicago needs an offense - so the second half will probably light up the boards with offense.
Lovie was with St Louis last year, he and Martz are known to be friends - neither one will want to embarass the other. But, Lovie does know the Rams pretty well after three years there.
I'm going with Chicago +3.5
