1-1 on Thurs this year. 18-25-1 YTD.
Off to a very slow start, so I hope to kick it up SOON.
2 plays tonight:
Virginia Tech (-13')
A&M is overrated pure and simple. They already have lost a defensive leader (MLB Jared Morris) for the season.
They are 2-10 ATS in their first road game of the season.
In addition, they are 3-18 ATS as RD's versus an opp of a win.
The Aggies are only 1-9 ATS away with revenge.
I'm still not a believer in the Aggie offense since they only gained 256 total yards against pitiful Arkansas State.
They also rank #107 out of 117 in passing offense so I don't look for them to throw a lot on Va Tech.
Plus, VT is #6 in the nation in rushing defense by only allowing 47 ypg.
I know a lot of people are jumping on the Aggies b/c they are getting a lot of points. I think when the line is that high, there is a reason. One example is that I was one of many suckers who thought there was no way Notre Dame should be getting double-digits in a series that favors the dog. Well, we all saw what happened.
Nevada/San Jose State Over 59
San Jose State has no running game whatsoever and Rislov (SJSU's QB) threw 66 passes against Stanford. Nevada has always been a passing offense, but still has a good RB Chance Kretschmer, who should be able to bust some good runs off on a soft defense.
These 2 combined for 76 last year.
