Here are tonights selections:

5 Units Georgia -12 -103

Georgia (5-2 SU, 2-2 ATS) got back on track last time out with a 61-56 SU victory over Clemson. Senior Damian Wilkins stepped up in a big game and led the Bulldogs with 13 points. Wilkins is averaging 14 points on the season and has become an early season leader. Georgia now gets back to “the softies” and faces South Alabama (3-3 SU, 2-0 ATS). Last year, Georgia scored a bunch in a win over South Alabama, winning 94-82 at home as a 20-point favorite. Georgia is led by 3 Seniors, Wilkins, Rashad Wright (17 ppg, 3 rpg), and Jonas Hayes (14 ppg, 6 rpg). It seems that they are determined to step up and overcome last season’s nightmare. South Alabama has already lost every one of their road games (0-3 SU) giving up 78 ppg away from home, and this one should be loss number 4.

5 Units Va Commonwealth -2.5 -106

UAB (3-2 SU, 3-1 ATS) is not a very tall team, led by 5'-11" senior Morris Finley (14 ppg) and 6'-6" senior Sidney Ball (6 rpg). The Blazers lost 86-84 at Mississippi State and followed that with a 69-62 home loss to a good Western Michigan team (as a 4-point favorite). The Virginia-Commonwealth Rams (5-1 SU, 1-3 ATS) have a good frontcourt that should be able to take advantage of UABs lack of height. The Rams have 6’-6”, 300-lb senior center Troy Goodwin (11 ppg, 6 rebounds pg) and 6’-6” sophomore Nick George (5.5 rpg) crashing the boards. VCU was 13-4 SU/7-6 ATS at home last season and they are holding opponents to 39% shooting! VCU's swarming defense, home court and rebounding bulk will make the difference.

5 Units Cal Irvine -1.5 -103

Run and gun Pepperdine takes on a talented, defensive Cal Irvine club. Pepperdine (3-5 SU, 2-5 ATS) is off to another disappointing start. They have plenty of offense, led by 6’-5” junior guard Terrance Johnson (14 ppg) and 6’-8” junior Glen McGowan (20 ppg, 5 rpg), but the defense has been awful, allowing 79 ppg and 48% shooting. Pepperdine was 6-6 SU, 3-9 ATS on the road last season and this year is 1-3 SU/1-2 ATS. The UC Irvine Anteaters play great 'D' (41% shooting allowed, 65 ppg) with a frontcourt of 7'-0" senior Adam Parada (10 ppg, 6 rpg) and 6'-11" senior Stanislac Zuzak (12 ppg). 6'-5" sophomore shooter Mike Efevberha (12 ppg) has been a pleasant surprise, and the Anteaters were 12-3 SU at home last season (5-7 ATS). A year ago, Irvine won 74-69 at Pepperdine as a +11 dog and should take apart defensively-challenged Pepperdine.

Good luck tonight my friends

Rough night for you but I hope our Irvine game comes in. If you liked Irvine before the game, I might suggest doubling up on Irvine -1 in 2nd half as game tied at 28-28 so nothing should have changed.
