MEET STATS: 18 - 81 / 169.40
BEST BETS: 4 - 8 / $14.60
Best Bet: JC KINGDOM (1st)
Spot Play: WESTERN BAYAMA (8th)
Race 1
(6) JC KINGDOM has shown good speed in his last two tries and maybe a favorable trip can put this gelding right back into the winner's circle. (5) NATIONAL DEBT came down the center of the track for the score in his last try and appears to be a big threat for the repeat. (4) TRACK MASTER D moves down a bit in class and that could help his cause; maybe.
Race 2
(7) SAM seems to be heading in the right direction based on her last two tries so a forward move is not out of the question. (2) KIA KAHA N was third best in her last two starts and now moves to the 2-hole; player. (1) JENNAS PATRIOT gets post relief and is this mare must be considered in all of the exotic slots.
Race 3
(1) LITTLE MISS HENRY Mare seems to be rounding back to winning form based on her last trip to the post and retains the rail; threat to get the job done. (2) QUICK AINT FAIR moves to door number two and Bartlett keeps the faith; dangerous. (3) JACKIE O Easy score in her last start and will be a handful again so watch out.
Race 4
(2) ENVIOUS HANOVER was quite dull from the 8-hole last out but the good news is the pacing mare gets serious post relief and was sharp in her first attempt at the Hilltop; gets the call. (6) KAMWOOD LAUGHTER N took the pocket route on her way to victory recently; main danger. (7) COOL DESIRE does have speed and she could contend with these if given a favorable trip.
Race 5
(4) ALL ARTIST flashed fine speed in his latest and this gelding might be ready to make tonight a winning one with Bartlett at the helm. (5) CHEYENNE JEFFREY has raced well at Dover and this 9-year-old gelding makes his return to Yonkers; player. (1) CAM B ZIPPER should be right in the mix from the fence.
Race 6
(1) WINDSONG JACK was sent down the road en route to an easy victory last out. Gelding now moves to door number one and has every right to boss this group for his second straight score. (6) HUGH HEFNER N was uncovered at the 3/4 pole and did put in a mild rally for show honors; contender. (7) ADMIRAL was quite game for the placing last out; could have a say in the outcome.
Race 7
Will take a shot with (2) DIABANDO to put it all together; this gelding seems to do well at Yonkers so at his best and a with favorable trip he can take this. (3) CARTOON DADDY moves to the 3-hole and fits well in here; threat for win honors. (7) MARTIAL BLISS has been in the exacta picture in his last six starts so he must be considered against these.
Race 8
(1) WESTERN BAYAMA gets the best of the draw and this gelding does have fine speed to get back into the winner's circle. (3) RANGERS SURESHOT came down the center of the track to get the job done by a head; can repeat. (2) SANTANNA ONE Sharp in his last three outings and could make some noise in deep stretch.
Race 9
(1) COACH CAL retains the rail slot and the gelding did show early pace but tried when they were turning for home last time around; can take this at his best. (6) SKY MCFLY was very wide from dead last to get up for the place spot last time out; big player. (3) SOUTHERN ALLIE did not race badly in his first try here last week; don't overlook.
Race 10
(1) CANACO STAR zoomed on by them all to get the job done at 29-1 last out; now receives the rail and form is sharp enough to take another. (3) GENTLE JANET is knocking at the door based on her last two tries. (2) CHEYENNE ROBIN gets post relief and could have a say against these.
