The argument for FSU goes like this:
- tough heart-breaking loss to biggest rival on opening night
- short week vs. a crappy opponent
- uninspired practice completely taking game for granted
- results show on the field, FSU not interested, finally won the game when the had to.
thoughts people still have from pre-season hype:
- still expecting big things out of Ponder and the O-Line
- much better recruited talent to FSU than to BYU
- team speed is a huge edge for FSU

Those thoughts are all well and good, I just don't know that I buy that. The difference between BYU this year and Colorado ('07) is that BYU is a legitimate top 10 team whereas Colorado was a legitimate 6-win team.
BYU needs this win and needs to win big to remain in the National Championship hunt. They have the QB that can lead them to victory, and FSU comes in with the name that will prevent BYU from taking anyone for granted. I like BYU to win because they are a team of winners and they have gained a huge chunk of confidence in beating Oklahoma in what was essentially a road game. I wouldn't be terrible surprised to see FSU rise up and make a game of this, but I'm betting that that's not going to happen. BYU -7
