whose a better fantasy running back on the whole this year? Ie. who would you pick as a throw in in a trade

It's going to be close but with MJD starting so slowly I'd move Thomas Jones. You just can't get fair value for MJD at the moment.

mjd seems to turn it on late. jax is a run first team

thomas is going to be 2nd to brett throwing the ball unless frave goes down i think mjd will have the better year.
