it's still cheating.
If it was the reverse situation I think the woman would be hurt too. Because it would make the spouse feel lied to and betrayed.
It wouldn't be as bad as if it was another guy, because if it was it would mean she thinks of his as inadequate and prefers someone else.
It's a lot of guy's fantasy to have a threesome with lesbians but I think if he really loves the girl then he wouldn't want to risk ruining what they have together.
