Early picks:
Pittsburgh -2.5 1st half: I think this one is fairly obvious. Yeah the Cowboys won big last week, but that was Houston. Pitt hasn't looked particularly great in the preseason, but I will take their first stringers vs Dallas' first stringers any day of the week. I am not a big fan of half betting, but this one sticks out to me to much to pass on.
Atlanta +6 @ Miami: Yeah, yeah Mike Vick is hurt, but it's not the end of the world. The Dolphins have been anything but spectacular this preseason. Not that I think Atlanta is better then them, I just think this is way to many points to be given in the preseason. I will hold out till game day in hope the line goes up even more in my favor.
Chicago @ Arizona +1: Maybe I am missing something here. Arizona has been tearing it up this preseason and Chicago has been miserable. Chicago can't do anything right this year. They can't run, can't pass etc. I see no reason as to why the Bears are favored here, none.
Browns +1.5 @ Detroit: The Lions played well their first home preseason outing. But the Browns can light it up on offense and unfortunately for Detroit, their defense is very suspect. A pissed off Tim Couch throwing against second and third stringers will not help Detroit's cause either.
Still looking at a few other possibilities.
Baltimore +3
Indy +4.5
