Just tried out this poker site: thepokerclub.com

I have to say that it exceeded all of my expectations. The software is nice and the customer service is exceptional. I made a cashout the other day and received my funds no problem. Just thought I would pass this info on to anyone looking for another place to play poker online.

They currently have a 25% signup bonus and they even accept Western Union for deposits. I am not affiliated with the site nor am I receiving compensation for this endorsement. Just trying to do a service for the forum.

I used to play here frequently. But the site is dead whenever I go there. I just pulled most of my money. I will say that they always treated me well and customer service was always good.

If you like the software they are a provider to WSEXPOKER.com so you will find the same software (different look) there. And WSEX has more games now.

I am currently working on a review of thepokerclub and am having problems finding player feedback.

Could you please comment on these areas if you get a second.

1. Playability (i.e how smoothly the games run, are you kicked off much?)

2. Have you cashed out? how quickly was it handled?

3. Customer service?

If you could just give me a poor, average, above average or great for each I would appreciate it.

I've played there myself but I really like to get more then one veiw point before I give an overall opinion.

As I stated above, I found the site to work really well. I was never once kicked off.

I did cash out and received my funds with no problem. They even let me cash out to a Firepay account although I funded using Western Union.

Customer service is exceptional. Trish (manager?) was very responsive with the emails.

They offer good bonus...just wish there were more players there.

Sounds like the cust. service over there is well above the industry average.

I also liked this site...the only problem (like you mentioned) is the traffic.

i play here, they are sending me to the foxwoods $10,000 world poker tour event. the software is good, the support is nice and cash outs are quick. i like playing 10-20 and 20-40 hold em, but those game are a little scace.
