Dude wanted Pizza over a Chicken Salad .
De'Veon Smith was cut by the Maulers in what became a " problem " between Smith , a 60 year old coach & Chicken Salad .

Smith apparently violated a code of conduct set down by coach Kirby Wilson as he said the players conduct was " disrespectful " interaction between the player & a team staff member who was serving lunch at the time .

Coach Wilson says line 46 of the team handbook says

" Any disrespect of football , members , staff , hotel , etc will NOT be tolerated .

Apparently the running back Smith was offered Chicken Salad & he declined .... Then asked if he could have Pizza instead

When he was told NO ..... The staffer asked him if that was gonna be a problem & the RB Smith said " Yes " .
