On the one hand, ALL touts claim they regularly beat the sportsbooks and hit upwards of 60%, 70%, 80% on their plays.

On the other hand, on almost all tout websites sportsbooks are regular advertisers.

How can this be? If touts are successful in beating the sportsbooks year in year out, why would they advertise with people who are actively working against their own financial interests. This violates every basic economic principle known to human beings. In fact, logic would dictate a tout's website would the last place in the world you would want to advertise.

Can these two things be compatible?

The people who manufacture cocaine and other drugs are all very happy with the distributors (pushers) as they play an important role in the supply chain.
The casinos are very, very happy to have the touts create interest for a contest/game/race as they want action and know the more action, the more profit. Not that hard to figure out. The casinos also know that not one tout hits anywhere near 70% consistently.
The bigger unanswered question for any tout or anyone selling picks on a forum like this...if you are so successful, why not just increase your bets to make more money rather than selling them?
Unfortunately, thousands of people are gullible enough to not know the truth as stated by Willie above. Liars, cheats, con-men, degenerates...could go on and on describing this bunch of ingrates and parasites.

People who win year in and year out almost never post their plays. Why? Because financially it makes no sense if you're a winner.

Charging people for picks is a slippery slope. All handicappers(even the most successful) have prolonged losing streaks. Successful handicappers also move on lines when there is only minutes notice or much less...

So will not only these "clients" not get your picks that have at times the highest +ev because their isn't time---but you will also have to deal with new sign-ups and even holder overs who will send you all sorts of nasty shit when you are losing---which is inevitable.

This is the simple version. But if you're a constant winner its just not worth the time and hassle. If you're a loser though---it's definitely worth it.

I have seen people who claim to be winning gamblers that have people sign up for their service but then make sure the "client" also signs up under their affiliate link(to whatever sportsbook/casino) so the so-called "pro" can collect on their "client" losses each month.

What i normally tell people about touts. You are paying them so the tout can afford to keep betting and losing himself.

It's basically that simple.
