The last 2 out of 3 times that I've pulled into my local KFC drive-thru to order their fiery grilled chicken wings they've told me their still cooking them and it would be a 15-20 minute wait. Whatever happened to this concept called fast food? I think next time they tell me I have to wait, I'm going to tell them okay I will, and then park in front of the window making everybody behind me wait until they bring it out.

The elderly in shopping lines is another good one. God bless them but damnit they take forever and always seem to run into problems.
