OGD used to serve a purpose. We need people lighting fires under scammer's asses, and even Shrink welcomes the scrutiny because he knows that in this business you can never be too careful. And besides, he's got nothing to hide (except the occasional

But over there now it is no longer merely a "watchdog" reporting on the industry but a "creater" of controversy, flame wars, and attacks. They've gotten to where they have to invent bad shit to write about, and flame each other and whoever wanders in, and dredge up years-old grievances, in order to attain the hits required to justify their importance, in their own minds anyway.

You would think that PEEP would learn after having a failed business before this one...
The way to make a name for yourself is on your own merits, not by blasting away endlessly at a site whose success has never been questioned...
Hypothetically speaking, after a year and a few months now, if I weren't making even the same money as I was as a moderator elsewhere during that time period, I'd have to do some soul searching and make changes...
Not to mention that it takes money to make money and if you don't advertise your site, you will end up defunct...
