I think its amazing that self-proclaimed experts like fishhead and Ken don't take into consideration things like pitcher vs. batter statistics before making a play. It seems like fish only noticed this after Smith brought it up in a later post.
Could be blind, but it looks like the key Red Sox hitters have had a field day with Suppan (over numerous at bats).

Pedro also looks pretty good against Cards bats, not to mention that they haven't seen him much, or at all, which I think (oh really!) is a disadvantage for St. Louis.

The Sox have won 6 in a row and the entire team seems to have that "we are unbeatable" confidence.
Wouldn't touch this game under any circumstance. Much easier opportunities all over the board.

I agree JJ. I admire it in fact. I'll be rooting for the sox but a part of me wants to see fish and shrink come through since im a fan of their stuff.
