Out of all the "bad line" threads we've had in the last couple weeks, this is EASILY the worst. It was a head-to-head prop between Lenard and Korver. Lenard was +550, Korver was +350.

Might as well have been "heads" +550, "tails" +350.

Moneyplays, it appears that you're relatively new, but you'll quickly learn that 99% of the books don't honor lines when they're obviously incorrect.

Think of it this way. If the grocery store ran an add that said "Frosted Flakes, $0.12 per box", the store does NOT have to honor that ad. You can show them the ad and complain all you want, but they're not obligated to sell Frosted Flakes for $0.12 per box.

I understand what you are saying, however in a AD such as you state it would be called a TYPO-ERROR.BUT THIS IS NOT THE CASE.But I will move on to another Book

As the customer, that is your best weapon. If you don't think the book treated you fairly, then leave! Too many people complain about their book, but then they don't leave. So what does that accomplish? It just encourages that book to continue their "bad" behavior.

While I don't think you can expect books to honor obviously bad lines, I also don't think it is wise to play @ books that constantly post bad lines (and then have phone-reps who confirm those bad lines). Why force yourself to deal with all that stress and confusion?

Moneyplays, can you copy/paste this bet?

Who the hell is Wager-1?

To call them a third tier book would be an insult to all of the other third tier books out there, let alone a "pioneer" of the offshore business.

That being said,

+550/+350 is an obvious bad line. You admit to spotting it and that anyone with the slightest gambling IQ could spot.

Bad lines happen even at the best places.

But stop playing at donkey shops and you will be better off on the long run.

Signed,
A pioneer of the offshore industry
