When BC played in Winnipeg a few weeks ago, they had terrible conditions, and both teams had a hard time moving the ball. The total ended up at 46, but that was more than it should have been. If i recall correct, Winnipeg turned the ball over very early leading to a BC TD.
U 54.5 could be the play here.... especially if this weather info is correct

Looks like if the rain stops in time, there will be no wind and about 8-10 degrees celcius. Sounds like good weather so far.
