Willye, I appreciate your honesty. Looking at it from the books point of view, they make it clear on the website and have dozens of people that would gladly explain it if anyone needed any clarification. Toll free or on live chat. When I got into online betting years ago, I too had to find out the rules. I can't remember exactly but I am pretty sure a CS person explained it to me when I asked. Now when new players ask me, I am glad to be able to explain it. I don't care if they take the bonus or not. I explain it and they decide.

We aren't here to trick customers. We are a gambling site. Players do have some responsibility also. If you aren't sure about anything, simple ask.

Cheers

Then you have not been playing at a sportsbook have you! 10x rollover on both has become a standard. 10x 100$ is 1000 plus 10x 100$ Bonus Play is 1000. 1000+1000=2000 100+100 = 200 so 200 in deposit and freeplay 2000 in rollover so 200 x 10x rollover ==2000. Thats 10x rollover on the deposit and freeplay NOT 20X. You really should think before you speak!

This might be a dumb question but lets say after making a deposit you have a bonus 500 Bonus Play. I understand the roll over on that is 10x. What happens if you bet the whole 500 and lose. Does that mean you are only obligated to roll over you initial deposit 10X ?

I believe it is 500 + 500 = 1000 X 10x (10,000) no matter if you lose the freeplay or win.. but if you win fps then its the greater of 500 or amount won. So if you bet a +120 baseball line you will have 500+ 600fp won = 1100 X 10X rollover = 11,000

gl bud :)

Its like mUrph described. That's part of the gamble. Do I take a bonus or not? Probably 25% of players do not take bonuses but if you do accept the bonus, you are subject to the rollover whether you win the bet or not. You aren't limited to betting the entire bonus amount all one one play either fyi. You can break it up in several bets and if you happen lose the deposit and the bonus right away, then obviously none of the remaining rollover carries over to future deposits. People ask me that all the time. Each deposit is based on its own and you can choose to take one or decline one every time.

I must be missing something here. If you bet your Bonus Play money and win how can your rollover increase? if you have a 500 Bonus Play and bet the 500 on an even money bet and win 500 then your roll over should go down from 5000 to 4500.

if you bet the Bonus Play at even or minus anything, then the rollover will be easy . ... deposit + bonus X10 or 500+500 X10 . in other words, 10,000 in bets to meet the rollover ....

BUT if you bet the bonus money on a + wager(s) and the winnings off the bonus money exceeds the bonus amount you started off with ($500 in your example), then the rollover amount will be calculated with the higher value. Your cash wagers do not affect the rollover amount ever. So if you bet the cash 500 on a 10 team plarlay and it hits 10,000 it won't increase the amount of rollover. Just the Bonus Play wagers might. If the bonus money winnings exceed the amount of bonus taken.

example: You deposited 500 and got the 500 bonus with a 10X rollover.
-You bet the entire 500 bonus on a -150 game. Regardless of what you bet the 500 deposit on and regardless if you win or lose that -150 bet, the rollover will be 10,000 in action.
-You bet the entire 500 bonus on +200 and win. Now the rollover is 500 (deposit) + 1000 (the winnings from the Bonus Play bonus of 500 at +200) x 10 or 15,000 in action.

Why does this book not allow Australian customers, but when you signup, locations available have half if not more than half the world available to select from. This is not just Justbet, but others too, eg Betowi, which seems like a decent book. What is the reason behind Australians and others being declined? Please don't say house rules, thats such a yes no answer.

Eh, the merge has killed the great bonus justbet and ucabet had.

not necessarily. Existing inactive players can receive some awesome bonuses including the 100% bonus we have now. New players will get the standard 15% with a 4X rollover on the deposit only with a 10% reload and 3x rollover.

According to what is posted on the JustBet web site, what you say just isn't the case!
This is what is stated in the Rules on the JustBet web site.
The rollover requirement of your JustBet bonus is the number of times you need to wager the amount that you deposited before you can cash out.
All Bonus Plays are subject to a rollover of the deposited amount. A player must complete the required rollover prior to taking a payout.

No where in the JustBet Rules does it state that ones rollover is dependant on what one wins with their Bonus Play Bonus.

its a mute point now anyways gskiman

The old system it was that way and was clearly explained but now the rollover is simpler. Now the bonus rollover is calculated on the deposit amount only and any winnings from the bonus money will not affect the rollover even thought you hit a 4 team parlay with the bonus money and the winnings exceed the total bonus money given. In other words, deposit 500 and get a 20% Bonus Play with a 5X rollover. The rollover is 5 X $500 or $2500 no matter what. And now you can use the bonus $ to bet parlays and teasers whereas before you could only bet straight bets. I hope that helps.

Cheers
