BOG goes $15m and The Derby over at BOM goes $15.6m. Focus have bought a ton of tickets themselves in certain Las Vegas theaters.

Before today, most people projecting $5.5-9.0 million for Friday, which would be a $7.25 million average for Friday. With a pretty strong early signs so far today, people are looking for a $6.5-7.5 million Friday, confirming an average $7+ mil expectation, which would point to a $17-20 million weekend.

Unbelievable. The line movement proved true. Darn shame I stayed away this weekend as I didn't like the (-225) line though.

When you get it right and a film underperforms like that, betting on the box office is almost like buying money.
