Get tickets. Charles Barkley thinks Celtics win big plus I think with them shooting 40 plus 3's at home it should be a blowout and OVER early. Jovic plays for Miami not the same as the one who plays in Denver...?

I find it very very very very weird how the record stands 150-0 with teams down 3-0, but yet the C's were down 3-0 and now 3-1 and the Heat to win the series are -280. I think Boston pulls it off

They need to win tonight to become "halfway there" to get to their 4 wins

Tough task. No pressure as you dont want to lose to an 8 seed

I think the Heat close it out tonight or in Game 6

If it goes 7, it’s basically a coin flip

Boston winning in Miami surely gave them a huge surge of confidence. Tonight is going to be another win for Celtics.

You find math weird? They’re big favs at home and slight favs on the road

none of those other teams that got down 3 were -500 pre-series

Doubt it

Not sure how anyone has faith in Boston to play consistently well for 4 games.

Heat will respond if Boston wins tonight most likely

The current odds make sense based on pre series

The thing that’s weird was the pre series odds. No way Boston should have been -500+. I said it before the series started. That was extremely weird.

Celtics are -320 to win game 5
I would assume they would be -320 to win game 7
Lets assume they are -140 to win game 6

Thats +195

If you want to bet them to win the series, its +237

Bottom line, if you think that the C's are going to win the series, you are best off betting them to win the series instead of each individual game

Save your $$$ b/c they aint winning

The series wager is the less of the shittier values

But ultimately they are all shitty prices for the Celtics

Celts just didn’t get docked at all for struggling vs Atlanta and Philly, or their struggles last year in the east vs inferior teams. Or even the bubble people forget the post-kawhi raptors took them 7, little different team but same primary guys.

until they actually lose 1 of these series that they should win, probably going to be the case.

Seems -280 isn't a bad price to pay since it has never happened before
Just don't go crazy betting everything
And the Heat lost 1 game in this series and have looked like the superior WC team all playoffs even with Bucks and Celtics being the teams to beat and people are talking Celtics winning the series. Pfft

On the flip side is it weird the Heat didn’t get propped up a little for beating the Bucks?

Knicks win wouldn’t change much (though Heat shouldn’t have been underdogs to start with IMO)

Heat's Gabe Vincent ruled out of Game 5 with ankle sprain.

BOSTON -- Miami Heat guard Gabe Vincent will not play in Game 5 of the Eastern Conference finals against the Boston Celtics on Thursday night because of a sprained left ankle.
"It's really unfortunate," Vincent said after Thursday's shootaround. "I'm a competitor. I love to compete with my guys, it's definitely the highest stakes, so I'll be here supporting them, watching them do their thing tonight."
Vincent, who is averaging 17.5 points during the Eastern Conference finals, originally injured the ankle during the fourth quarter of Tuesday night's Game 4 loss after going up for a jumper and landing awkwardly. He is shooting 58% in the series -- and 50% from 3-point range vs. the Celtics.
Coach Erik Spoelstra did not yet want to reveal Vincent's replacement in the starting lineup for Game 5, but he referenced that veteran guard Kyle Lowry would play extra minutes if needed.
"We'll adjust," Spoelstra said. "We've had a bunch of other guys step up, and that's what we need tonight. It's great having a Hall of Fame quarterback to step in."
Spoelstra said Vincent went through a workout Thursday, but the ankle is not ready for game action yet.
"He is feeling better," Spoelstra said. "Just not quite good enough to play an Eastern Conference finals game. But that's why the guys respect him so much; he was doing everything possible to try to get out there."
Vincent is hopeful he'll be able to return if Game 6 is needed on Saturday in Miami. The Heat have a 3-1 lead in the best-of-seven series.
He started each of Miami's first 15 playoff games and is averaging 13.1 points in the postseason -- third-best on the Heat behind Jimmy Butler and Bam Adebayo.
Spoelstra and teammates are confident if Lowry's role increases in Game 5.
"There's a confidence level," Spoelstra said of having Lowry. "He's brought that to the second unit. That has really helped stabilize that group. It was what we really needed and it's something that happened -- a real bonus that happened -- unfortunately because he was out for five weeks [with left knee soreness] and we had to take this step to get him back into it.
"But he has that way. He's done that everywhere he's been -- been at his best in the biggest moments -- but he helps bring a lot of confidence and just stability to whatever unit he's playing in."
The Heat are already playing without guards Tyler Herro (hand) and Victor Oladipo (left knee).
Herro, who broke his hand in Game 1 of the playoff series vs. Milwaukee, has resumed workouts after having his brace removed.
"There's no timetable," Spoelstra said Tuesday of Herro. "He does have the brace off, and he's able to do ballhandling and some shooting."
Oladipo will miss the rest of the season with a torn patellar tendon.

Yea, Vincent is out. But The Celts have their own injury problem. Malcolm Brogdon has a sore elbow suffered in the Philly series, then a partially torn tendon in the same elbow from Game 1 of this series. His minutes have gone from 36 in Game one to 16 in game 4, steadily declining. His scoring has gone from 19 pts in Game 1 to 2 points in the last two games combined. This is very bad news for the Cs. He is a very important part of the Celtic mix.
