What’s fucked is they attempted to burn all the records in 1973. Problem was MKULTRA was so large they couldn’t find all the dox to burn. People have been digging through archive at Universities etc and have found tons of shit that was filed wrong, considered lost, or otherwise. This is how we know for sure Jack Ruby / Manson / Bulger were absolutely assets.


I mean Ruby was sane until the MKULTRA doc showed up to clear him for trial RE: Sanity - hour later the guy is screaming about dead people buried around his house and declared nuts. They couldn’t have ruby talk about Operation Mongoose and the Big Show.


Anyway the programs have been in place since the 50s. 1000% they are refined now and the pharmaceuticals far more effective. They also have modern medical records to be able to find prime candidates to turn into triggers.

ever notice how there are a million books and movies about the 12 years of Nazi Party rule in Germany and zero negative portrayals of Mao's 55-60 years in the CCP or the 75 years of Communist rule in Russia?

well same thing with 'ol Joey Mengele. He had a contemporary from Japan named Shiro Ishii who was far more hands-on in his human experiments and was scheduled to release plague bombs on the western USA if the war had gone on another 6 weeks. Not only don't we hear about the Ishii experiments but the US Govt gave him full immunity so we could learn and emulate these plague bombs, later used during the Korean War with germ and bacterial bombing.

While Hollywood has a morbid fascination with Nazism the fact is we pardoned most of the really terrible fellas (scientists, weapons designers), brought them to the USA, gave them govt jobs, and allowed the totalitarians to run the country.
