Was obvious to anyone with a brain the offensive struggles were not Mitch’s fault.

Least talented offense in the league save for maybe the Jets and worst play caller in the league to boot.

Foles just isn't that good. He has/had been given ample opportunity to be the starter of a few teams week 1 and has fallen on his face.

He had incredible runs with Philly. Of which he will and perhaps even should be remembered for.

But the basic fact is this, he is a below average nfl starting qb who had a few runs(especially that sb) that he looks/looked like a HOF.

Foles w/ a good OL can make the throws. With a bad OL, lookout....

However, it isn’t just Foles really. That entire prototype of pocket passer is dying out for dual threats.

Legends like Brady/Brees can hang on but the Jimmy/Cousins/Foles tier just seems dead for the most part

What Jimmy, Cousins and Foles all have in common are that each of their franchises traded or refused to sign them when in their primes.

Franchises don't let potential "franchise" qbs walk. I understand Jimmy had some extenuating circumstances. (nor can Jimmy yet be labeled a bust or is yet all that close as the others)

I might be missing one, but the only guy i truly can think of that this worked out for was Drew Brees.

Cutler and Daunte Culpepper are 2 others that failed in this route.

Football is a team game.

Not just you, but you clearly put too much emphasis on blaming or praising quarterbacks.

Brady can go for 5 TD 400 yards one week and then 3 INT the next week and no TD.

The difference usually isn’t Brady’s throws. It’s the rest of the team winning or losing individual matchups.

Put Mahomes on the Jets and people would be asking if he’s a bust or just on a bad team. Instead, he’s on the best offense of all time and people act like he’s the best to ever play the game.

silly nonsense

Honestly I think they have more of a GM problem then a head coach problem

It's amazing such a storied franchise has such a hard time finding a good QB. I mean have they had a great QB there since Sid Luckman?

After Luckman, you could make a case for Cutler, McMahon, or Erik Kramer being the 2nd best QB there of all-time. That's bad.

It’s unwatchable offensive football since Nag Head took over, Be You on Your Denny’s Menu , how bout “Be Gone” shitty O line with a complex arena league football scheme that just doesn’t work with these players, the wins in his tenure are all because of the defense. I almost want Mitch back, I have seen enough of cement shoes Foles.

whether Trubisky sucks or not is irrelevant I think

Nagy can’t adjust to defenses adjusting to him.

that’s a fact. He’s done.

Trubisky probably succeeds if the Patriots draft him. That’s the truth.

No qb is succeeding without a running game and OL. Nagy cannot coach up anyone either. Bears put a lot of money into the D, expecting Nagy to coach up the O, hasn't happened.
