I have always said that drugs such as crack and heroin were designed to attack the black urban community. Typically black people can abuse crack and heroin for decades without OD'ing and tear down their family and community in the process. Drug sales and drug abuse in the projects lead to violent crimes, loss of property value, theft, murder of innocent people and ruining further generations of black youth. It also leads to drug arrests for abusers which gets them in eventually thrown and jail which creates jobs in the jail and prisons and other aspects of the judicial system such as probation officers court house employees and special narcotics divisions in the police department.
White people can't handle their crack and heroin and end up ODing very easily because it wasn't designed for their body system. Bobby Brown has been smoking crack for 20+ years and he never even visited a rehab facility. While DJ AM just merely smoked a bowl and dropped dead. Do the math name some famous black entertainers that OD'd? Uhh Jimi Hendrix? Long ass time ago.

1) I'm not a drug user but I assume a white person could use drugs for decades without ODing as well.
2) It does the same thing all over America not just in the projects.
3) Are you implying drugs were introduced to create jobs in our prison system?

5) You have no clue what DJ AM was smoking or ingesting or for how long. He could've had many, many different kinds of drugs in his system.

I was going to answer all of your points regarding my post but I figured why bother when you just said it yourself you were never a drug user. You just wouldn't be able to comprehend the effectiveness of drugs.
Let me just ask you to name 5 black entertainers that have OD'ed? Me personally I can only think of Old Dirty Bastard but that was only because he thought the cops were coming and swallowed his stash. As for white entertainers ODing the list is long.

Any famous brothas OD'ed in the last 20 years. I am not trying to be smart I just can't recall besides ODB. I could name a handful of Caucasians in the past 3 years though. Shit heroin wiped out more 90's Grunge Rock/Alternative artists then I can count.
I would like to say Rick James overdosed but he was abusing drugs for so many years his tolerance had to be mad high.

There are tens of thousands of white heroin addicts who function normally (relatively) for years as long as they are able to maintain and sustain. Implying that crack and heroin are "designed to attack the black urban community" is as ludicrous as saying that crystal meth is "designed to attack the white suburban and rural communities".
Speed has a long history in the world it was designed for a lot of reasons but most recently the poor white people did get a hold of it and manufactured it in home labs. So during this stage of the speed craze for the past 15-20 years it is affecting a certain group of white people hard.
It is a known fact that certain substances can cause common reactions in a particular group of people. Such as alcohol heightens violence amongst Samoans and Native Indians. The same substance also causes bitches to get extremely horny and carefree when consumed. I guess that's why they call it "chemical reactions".
There are things that just is. Like how come Asians can't seem to get a role in Hollywood that doesn't either a smart individual (doctor, student) or have them doing some kind of martial arts? Whyt can't an Asians ever play a lead cop or something.
Also how come there aren't any children's adventure movies such as E.T., Goonies, Chronicles of Narnia or Harry Potter that revolve around a black child and their friends and their family. Would it not rake at the box office?

Even if it were true that heroin and crack affect different races differently (which I highly doubt), there is a big difference between saying that and implying that these drugs are specifically engineered to affect a particular race in a particular way.
